Personality is complex; it has many faces. We act differently depending on context. We act a certain way at work, with our friends, in front of an audience. These different faces are called personas, and they represent a cohesive package of behaviors.
In the book, I discuss how personas develop, how they spread, and the role they play in society. I then focus on 10 specific personas that are especially powerful that are exhibited by successful and magnetic people.

When I was a sophomore in college, I asked my friend Luis Fernandez, “What are the most important things in life?” Luis wrote a series of essays over the next two years answering this question.
These essays are excellent. I wrote an introduction and comments and published the essays on the blog. Luis and I then polished these essays and published them in book form. Check it out (and buy a couple copies of the book!).
